This website is operated by Comnectica Migration, a division of Comnectica Pty Ltd (ABN 20 654 117 807). Our principal registered migration agent is Kate Jackson (MARN 1281909). In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Comnectica Migration. By using this website, you agree to these terms.
2. Using this website does not make you a client
Visiting this website, contacting us, sending an enquiry, booking a consultation or subscribing to our updates does not create an agent-client relationship with Kate Jackson or Comnectica Migration. You only become a client once you have signed a written service agreement with us, received the required consumer information, and we have confirmed that we will act for you.
3. General information only
The information on this website is general information about Australian visas and citizenship. It is not personal migration advice or legal advice, and it does not take your circumstances into account. Do not make decisions about your visa, citizenship or legal status based on this website alone. Get advice from a registered migration agent or lawyer about your own situation.
4. Information can go out of date
Migration law, policy, fees and processing arrangements change often, sometimes without notice. We try to keep this website accurate, but some information may be out of date. Always check current information with the Department of Home Affairs or a registered professional.
5. Please don’t use this website to advise others
You are welcome to share this website with family, friends and community members. Please don’t present its content as advice about someone else’s case. Giving immigration assistance to other people without being a registered migration agent or an exempt person can be against the law in Australia, even when it is unpaid and well meant. 6. Consultations and payments
Consultation fees are shown when you book. Payments are processed by Stripe. If you become a client, the fees and terms for our services will be set out in your written service agreement. The Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (OMARA) Consumer Guide explains what you can expect from a registered migration agent and is available at www.mara.gov.au.
7. How we will and won’t ask you to pay
We will only ask you to pay through our official booking system or an invoice from Comnectica Migration. We will never ask you to pay fees, send identity documents or share passwords through social media comments. If someone claiming to be us asks you to do this, do not respond, and contact us at migration@comnectica.com.
8. Not affiliated with government
Comnectica Migration is a private practice. We are not part of, or endorsed by, the Department of Home Affairs or any other government agency.
9. Links to other websites
This website may link to other websites, including government websites. We are not responsible for their content or accuracy.
10. Using this website properly
Please do not use this website for any unlawful purpose, to send false or misleading information, to send harmful code, or to collect other people’s personal information.
